I am a Senior Instructional Designer, with experience in all phases of training development, conducting training needs assessment and creating online training modules.
With my complimentary skill set in instructional design, online learning development, project management, business analysis, I am uniquely positioned to be able to perform in any part of the learning development lifecycle. I have you covered!
Experience
Over 20 years experience, working in various industries, such as High Tech, Non Profit, Healthcare, Finance, HR, Higher Education, Government, Broadband Cable and Project Accounting - to name a few.
Technical Background
Unlike many other instructional designers, I have a Masters degree in Computer Science. This gives me an advantage with technical concepts, development and tools. I come up to speed fast!
